The top U.S. commander in northern Iraq says that this week's deadly attack on a U.S. base near the city of Mosul may have been the work of a suicide bomber wearing an Iraqi military uniform. Brig. Suicide Bomb Pegged as Likely Cause of Mosul Attack

At the Pentagon, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Report Outlines Iraqi Oil for Money Abuses

A new report by the top U.S. arms inspector in Iraq provides detailed information about how Saddam Hussein subverted UN sanctions and used illegal oil revenue to amass wealth and purchase banned goods.
