Business Ebbers Sentenced to 25 Years for Fraud July 13, 2005 Bernard Ebbers, the former CEO of Worldcom, is sentenced to 25 years in prison for his role in what authorities call the largest accounting fraud in U.S. history. Business Cruise Ship Sails Under American Flag June 18, 2005 Norwegian Cruise Line recently launched the Pride of America, the first new U.S.-flagged cruise ship built in 50 years.
