As one of the first women working there, Ledbetter rose to management but received pay unequal to her male counterparts, and even some of those who ranked below her. The first law President Obama signed on taking office was the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act. Ledbetter talks about the law, named in her honor, and the ongoing struggle for equality.
