Embedded Player Voters went to the polls today in Peru for a runoff election between current president Alberto Fujimori and opposition candidate Alejandro Toledo. But fears of vote fraud prompted Toledo to demand that voters boycott the election. Citizens are required by law to cast ballots, and face fines if they do not; many planned to mark No to Fraud at the voting booth.
