Embedded Player The Palm Beach County Canvassing Board was in turmoil again today. The Board met out in its parking lot at 7 a.m. prepared to begin its manual recount. But the process hit a brick wall as Republicans attempted to unseat one member, and the board decided to wait for a court ruling on whether it may tabulated "dimpled" rather than "punched" ballots.
