Embedded Player The state of Massachusetts won a settlement worth more than $7 billion from tobacco companies to cover the cost of treating sick smokers. But the state has also continued to seize assets from the families of those smokers to cover the cost of Medicaid payments. Attorney Louis Massery filed a class action lawsuit against the state on behalf of the families of dead smokers, accusing the state of double-dipping. Noah Adams talks with Massery about the suit.
