They are hopeful that with a Congress and White House now headed by Republicans they can get what they term regulatory relief. Now, they may be on the brink of winning the biggest prize of all--a roll back of OSHA's new ergonomic regulation. Senate Republicans are invoking a law that's never been used before--which allows congress to overturn regulations under a streamlined procedure, with a majority vote.
