Embedded Player NPR's Nina Totenberg reports on two of today's Supreme Court rulings. In one case, the court ruled unanimously that a marijuana-legalization group did not have the right to challenge the rules of a Chicago agency that denied them a permit to demonstrate. In the other case, the justices ruled 6-3 that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has the right to bring discrimination suits against employers -- even when employees had signed away their right to sue, in favor of arbitration.
