Embedded Player Now that campaign finance reform legislation has cleared Congress and has been signed into law by President Bush, it will be up to the Federal Election Commission to enforce it. But as NPR's Peter Overby reports, the FEC has long been accused by its critics of being weak and ineffective. And now some of the reformers on Capitol Hill who pushed the legislation through want to abolish the commission.
