Embedded Player Argentina's new economy minister says local financial institutions will be allowed to re-open tomorrow morning, following a week-long "bank holiday." The Argentinian Congress has now passed a law restricting the lawsuits and the banks hope to re-open for normal business tomorrow. But after such a long bank holiday, cash is in very short supply.
