Embedded Player Philadelphia Police Commissioner Sylvester Johnson is looking for thousands of good men to be volunteers. Violent crime has gotten so bad this year a group of local executives and organizers brought Johnson a plan to help protect their neighborhoods. Johnson calls them peacekeepers.
