Embedded Player David Owen Rye finally found a solution to those irritating car alarms that sound off for no reason. A Toyota Camry was screeching outside his apartment building in Southern California. So, according to authorities, Rye went to the Camry, pulled out a gun, and opened fire. He put at least three bullets into the car, which did silence the alarm. However, Rye soon heard another noise: the sound of sirens, as police came to arrest him.
