Embedded Player New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin held a meeting Monday night with some of his constituents, but he had to travel to Baton Rouge, La., to do it. Nagin met with displaced New Orleans residents who have been living in Baton Rouge since Hurricane Katrina.
