'Humbled To Ask For Help' — Low-Income Communities Struggle To Recover After A Wildfire

The Camp Fire is about 95 miles south of Redding, Ca. where, just three months ago, nearly 1,400 homes were destroyed by wild fire. Low income communities have a tough time recovering from disaster.
