The Gum Wall, Seattle: "It's exactly what it sounds like," says Catherine Price, author of 101 Places Not to See Before You Die. The wall, located under Seattle's Pike Place Market, was ranked as the world's second-most-germy tourist attraction by CNN in 2009.
