Health Study: Exercise Lowers Dementia Risk January 27, 2006 According to a new study published in the Annals of Internal medicine, people 65 and older who did moderate exercise had a significantly reduced risk of developing dementia. According to researchers, just 15 minutes of exercise three times a week lowered the risk of developing dementia by 30 to 40 percent.
