Unbelizable and Delawho? company documents, along with our official company stamp.

Note: This episode originally ran in September 2012 with an update in December 2012.

The story picks up several months after we set up a our shell companies — Unbeliezable, Inc., in Belize, and Delawho? in Delaware.

We talk to some tax lawyers to try to figure out what we can do with our companies. We draft a resolution so we can go to Belize to meet the fake director and fake shareholder of our company. And we learn that owning shell companies in tax havens is a bigger hassle than we thought.
