As much of the nation digs out from one of the worst blizzards in years, there's this bit of hopeful news from Pennsylvania:

"Punxsutawney Phil" did not see his shadow — which if you believe in the Groundhog Day legend, means we'll have an early spring.

Many are surely hoping he's right.
