Google Investigating Email Glitch

Here's hoping you're not one of the .08 percent of Gmail users who may have lost their email and chat archives this weekend. Late Sunday night, Google issued its latest service update, saying it expects "a resolution for all users in the near future" but didn't hint when that near future might arrive. Until then, affected users can't sign in until their account is fixed. The Washington Post estimates that's about 150,000 people; and many of them are yelling in Google's Help Forum.
