Twin Shadow's George Lewis Jr. was born in the Dominican Republic and grew up in Florida, releasing his first album in 2010; his third, Eclipse, came out in March.

A week after this session was recorded in April, Lewis and his band suffered a serious bus accident, and has since postponed its spring tour to give everybody a chance to recover. (Lewis has to undergo reconstructive hand surgery.) In this interview, he discusses how he came to record Eclipse in L.A.'s Hollywood Forever Cemetery — and addresses whether the proceedings were interrupted by any paranormal activity.
