John T. Edge on Food John T. Edge makes regular weekend appearances on All Things Considered. He is director of the Southern Foodways Alliance, an institute of the Center for the Study of Southern Culture at the University of Mississippi and the author of a number of books, including a four-part series on iconic American foods.
