A missing N.J. teen is safely located in New York City after almost a month

November 12, 2021 • Essex County, N.J., officials said that 14-year-old JaShyah Moore was spotted in Harlem and that it "appears she was a runaway." Prosecutors charged her mother with child endangerment.
