November 7, 2016 • The masses of balls that appeared along 11 miles of coast in western Siberia were snowy and icy. Some of them were small, and some were quite large.

January 7, 2016 • The U.S. had 10 weather events in 2015 that cost $1 billion or more in damage, with December the warmest and wettest month on record. Climate scientists blame a warming climate and strong El Nino.

Now It Snows?

April 23, 2012 • After a very mild winter with little snow, parts of the mid-Atlantic will get a reminder of old man winter today. Several inches of wet, heavy snow are expected to fall in higher elevations. Elsewhere, much-needed rain is drenching the region.
