Immigrant Acquitted Of San Francisco Killing Sentenced On Lesser Gun Charge

January 5, 2018 • Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, who was found not guilty in November in the death of Kate Steinle, was sentenced Friday on a state gun violation to time already served. He will now face federal gun charges.
