Minneapolis Police Reportedly Identify Viral 'Umbrella Man' As White Supremacist

July 28, 2020 • Police wrote in an affidavit that the man is a member of Hell's Angels and specifically sought to incite violence in the aftermath of George Floyd's death, according to local media reports.
