A victim of the Brooklyn subway shooting is suing the gun maker Glock

June 1, 2022 • Ilene Steur, who was one of 10 people injured in the April attack, says in the lawsuit that Glock's marketing practices made it possible for the shooting suspect to buy one of the company's guns.

February 15, 2022 • The elementary school shooting left 20 students and six adults dead. The settlement is thought to be first of its kind, awarding major damages against a U.S. gun manufacturer based on a mass shooting.
