Minnesota Files Discrimination Complaint Against Minneapolis Police Department

June 2, 2020 • "This is not a friendly action, but this is the necessary action," Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan told NPR. The Department of Human Rights will lead an investigation "to make deep, systematic change."
