Jack Wrangler, an icon of gay adult films, died April 7 of emphysema.

Wrangler appeared in more than 30 gay sex films and 20 straight sex films in the 1970s and 1980s. He later became a writer and a cabaret and theater producer. He married singer Margaret Whiting in 1994.
