Brazil & Imf NPR's Mike Shuster says that Brazil's economy is looking much healthier today, just a couple of months after many feared it would collapse. A large IMF support package has reassured foreign investors; the flow of dollars out of Brazil has slowed, and the stock market has begun to recover. Brazil's congress has also begun passing some of the reforms the IMF is looking for.
