Nichols Trial NPR's Mark Roberts reports from Denver that an FBI agent testified today that he reviewed evidence in the case with another FBI agent before they both were supposed to testify. The revelation came out as agent Ronald Kelly was being cross-examined in the trial of Terry Nichols for conspiring with Timothy McVeigh to blow up the Alfred Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. Kelly was part of a team that recovered key evidence in the prosecution's case...a panel from the Ryder truck that carried the fertilizer bomb that blew up the buidling.
