Scotus: Brady Law React Opponents of gun control called the Supreme's Court decision on the Brady Bill today a victory, while gun control advocates said it was not such a terrible defeat. President Clinton said he would consider new legislation to retain background checks, but there was little initial interest from Congress. NPR's Chitra Ragavan reports.
