Kosovo NPR's Edward Lifson reports from Pristina that Serb authorities have finally released international observers who were detained yesterday as they tried to cross into Kosovo Province from the neighboring country of Macedonia. Meantime, fighting flared again between Yugoslav army troops and ethnic Albanian guerrillas near the village of Bukos. And the Yugoslav army sent more convoys south from Belgrade, massing troops along the border between Serbia proper and Kosovo.
