Clinton President Clinton today warned Yugoslav leader Slobodan Milosevic that he would be held personally responsible for the safety of three US army soldiers captured Wednesday night near the Macedonia-Kosovo border. Clinton told members of the US armed forces in Norfolk, Virginia, that there was no basis for the soldiers to be taken. Yugoslavia earlier announced that the captured men will be tried before a military court tomorrow. NPR's Pam Fessler reports.
