India - Kashmir Jonathan Harley reports from New Delhi that renewed air attacks by India against suspected insurgents in Kashmir, resulted in the downing of two Indian jet fighters today. Pakistan says it shot down the planes after they violated its airspace. India says one of the planes developed engine trouble and the second aircraft was hit by a missile from Pakistani territory. Kashmir has been the source of conflict for years between India and Pakistan, both of which control parts of the Himalayan region.
