Kosovo - Relief Air Drops NPR's Mike Shuster reports that the International Rescue Committee intends to start air drops of food and relief supplies in Kosovo for refugees who have been forced to flee their homes and villages and are camped out in the province's mountains. The committee says it will use leased Russian planes flown out of Italy for the air drops.
