Prison Census Census takers are counting the population of the nation's jails and prisons this week. When the figures are complete, they'll be added to the populations of the towns where the facilities are located. Often this means rural communities far from where the inmates actually lived. Brian Mann reports that as the population in prison towns grows, so does the money for services in these towns. It also means that there is a decrease in the resources for the urban communities from where the inmates came.
