Louima Trial New York police officer Charles Schwarz may be tried for a fourth time for his alleged involvement in sexually assaulting Abner Louima in a stationhouse bathroom in 1997. After Schwarz's convictions in that case were thrown out earlier this year, his third trial yesterday ended up with a hung jury on three out of four counts.
