Houston Parking Lot Roundup Hundreds of people were rounded up and arrested by police in the parking lot of a Houston Kmart over the weekend. Critics say the police were called to stop drag racing in the lot, but when they didn't find any drag racers, they just arrested everyone they could find. The police department says it's investigating what happened. And the police captain responsible for the arrests isn't publicly saying anything.
