Guantanamo The United States is preparing to release terror suspects held at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. According to Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, the prisoners being released have been interrogated and officials say that there are no grounds for prosecuting them. NPR's Tom Gjelten reports.
