Holocaust Reparations NPR's Tovia Smith reports though more than $50 million in reparations are already designated for American survivors of the Holocaust, critics say it won't be enough. Many survivors now are in their 80's and have health problems. There are calls for money that is earmarked for memorials and education programs to go instead directly to those who suffered.
