Divers Recover Victim of Collapsed Bridge

Of course the aftermath of the bridge collapse has turned into a debate over money to some degree. One proposal comes from Congressman Jim Oberstar of Minnesota. He's a Democrat and he suggested a five-cent increase in the federal gas tax. Wants that money to go toward infrastructure and bridge repair on the nation's federal highways. President Bush has dismissed that proposal, saying he would like to wait and see how Congress appropriates existing transportation funds.
