Terror Alert Increased to 'High Risk'
The U.S. government raises the national terror alert from yellow to orange, the second-highest on the five-color alert scale. Homeland Security Undersecretary Asa Hutchinson says the move, which follows recent bombings in Saudi Arabia and Morocco, is based on intelligence suggesting al Qaeda and other anti-U.S. terrorist groups may target the United States.
