G-8 Meeting Offers Chance at Rapprochement

G-8 leaders meeting in Evian, Switzerland, pledge to focus on jump-starting the global economy. The countries also issue a joint statement promising to fight terrorism and call on North Korea and Iran to curb their nuclear weapons programs.
