Female Varsity Football Coach Ready For Season
STEVE INSKEEP, Host:
Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep, with best wishes to Natalie Randolph. She's one of the few women ever to be head coach of a varsity high school football team. She's at Coolidge Senior High School in Washington, D.C., and she's being followed by a crew from ESPN. She prepared for the first practice by visiting the Washington Redskins' training camp. The new coach is teaching players not to mess with her. She punished some for breaking rules at a team-building camp.
