Philadelphia Sends Bloggers A Tax Bill

Our last word in business today is blogger tax.
Philadelphia isn't actually calling it that. Tax officials there call it a business privilege license. The city has been sending letters to local bloggers who've made money from ads on their sites, demanding they send $300 to the city. Naturally, bloggers are blasting the move on the Web. So far the city is sticking to its tax.
