Penny Eifrig has recently been introducing American blues to German kids with Mixed up Morning Blues, a book that comes with a CD by American musician Mark Ross.
Monika Mueller-Kroll for NPREifrig Publishing is the brainchild of American entrepreneur Penny Eifrig. The publishing company focuses on children's books by authors from the US and Germany, two cultures Eifrig knows a lot about.
For the last 22 years, she and her family have split their time between Pennsylvania and Berlin.
Currently, the mother of two is working on a line of bilingual children's books.
