MARY LOUISE KELLY, host:

Good morning. I'm Mary Louise Kelly.

Neither the police nor the mayor's office know how it got there. But commuters in Birmingham, Alabama this week have been treated to a mysterious message. Painted on a bridge over the Elton B. Stephens Expressway are these words: You are beautiful. An official in the mayor's office says he doesn't know who's spreading the love or why, but he says it's a beautiful message, it should be replicated all over the city.
