Omagh Choir On August 15th, 1998, the Northern Ireland town of Omagh was the target of a vicious terrorist attack. In the five years that have passed, Daryl Simpson founded the Omagh Community Youth Choir of Northern Ireland. The choir was assembled in response to the bombing as a way to bring unity to Protestants and Catholics. He and two choristers join us while they are on a visit to the United States. They talk with Melissa Block from member station WXPN in Philadelphia.
