The auto industry is in trouble, but gadgets for cars are selling well. That trend has Apple and Volkswagen in talks about a compact car that could come loaded with Apple products.

Now the auto industry may be in trouble, but there is a bright spot - gadgets for cars are selling. So our last word in business today brings us back to Apple. It wants to move up from the iPhone to the iCar.

Apple and Volkswagen are in talks about building a compact car upgraded with Apple products. We don't have any details yet, but the news inspired Apple lovers to dream up their own ideas online. And one Italian designer imagined a tiny apple-shaped two-seater. He gives it a new motto: Think cozy.
