Adam Klein is a gentle-voiced singer-songwriter from Athens, GA making literate, country folk. His debut CD, Distant Music, on his own Cowboy Angel label, is flavored with tasty dollops of pedal steel, fiddle, dobro and guitar. The album is finding an audience both in the U.S. and abroad, particularly in the Netherlands and Belgium.

For Distant Music Klein recruited pedal steel guitarist John Neff (Japancakes, Drive-By Truckers), William Tonks on dobro and tremolo guitars, Dave Blackmon on fiddle, David Barbe (Sugar, Son Volt) on piano and Clay Leverett (Now It's Overhead) on the lonesome, high harmonies.

Klein is currently at work on his second album, a collection of western-themed story-songs titled Western Tales & Trails.
